George J. Donovan AIA & Associates is directed by Partners, George J. Donovan AIA, LEED AP and H. Joseph Phillips AIA, LEED AP. Teams led by highly skilled Project Architects are assigned based on expertise matched to project requirements. We are licensed to practice architecture not only in Pennsylvania, but also in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Missouri.

Cost

Most Services are provided under fixed fee contracts, which are established based on a clearly defined project scope. Other methods of compensation include hourly billings and percentage fees. 

Quality

All work meets Federal, State and Local Codes including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Most projects are produced by Computer using Auto CAD and Architectural Desktop.
