Program: Designed by our firm, is home of the McKee Group Headquarters, and also includes leasable office space and a gym. 

 

The Village at Fountainville

 Location: Ferry Road, New Britain, PA
Size: 80,000 S.F. - 6 buildings 1 story
Program: Strengthened the sense of Fountainville Village with the design of a Village Center retail and office complex consisting of six buildings. Tenants include retail stores, restaurants, and professional offices.

 

Peddler’s Village

 Location: Street Road, Lahaska, PA
Size: 20,000 S.F. - 2 story
Program: Expansion of the high end shopping village to create a Main Street feeling with shops and restaurants on lower floors and hotel guest rooms above.

 

First County Bank

 Location: North Main Street, Doylestown, PA
Size: 3,000 S.F.
Program: This project was a major renovation of a building that was initially designed as a bank, but later changed to a car dealership. The recent work changing the building back to a bank included raising the roof to create clearstory lighting in the main bank lobby. The exterior was refinished with synthetic stucco utilizing the bank's colors and logo. The interior design incorporates mahogany casework and marble teller stations.

 

The Farm Office Complex

Location: State Street and East Road, Doylestown, PA 
Size: 66,000 S.F. - 2 and 3 stories
Program: Created an office campus that is reminiscent of a farm compound with the Manor House, Barn, Tenant House, Stable and Carriage House all providing first class office space.

Size: 3,000 S.F. Office and 5,000 S.F. leasable commercial space
Program: 3,000 s.f. bank offices serving the New Hope/Solebury area and Leasable Commercial space for office and retail clients

Program: The bank was one of the buildings designed to create a farm compound. The drive through is concealed between two buildings.
