St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church, School and Rectory
Location: Bridge Street, New Hope, PA
Size: Church: 16,000 S.F. - School: 33,000 S.F. - Rectory: 3,000 S.F.
Program: Created a new home for St. Martin’s Parish. Buildings included a new
handicapped accessible church to seat 1000 worshippers, a one story rectory directly accessible to the church, and an elementary school to satisfy the growing demand for private education.

Deep Run Presbyterian Church
- Fellowship Hall and Classroom Wing
Location: Irish Meeting House Road, Bedminster, PA
Size: 6,000 S.F.
Program: Designed and built a new fellowship hall and kitchen to accommodate church socials as well as wedding receptions and other parties. The second floor includes a new library and classrooms for Sunday School and Day Care. The addition was called “a seamless expansion” by the Pastor.

St. Bede the Venerable Roman Catholic Church

Program: Designed to create new parish offices, a
multipurpose, meeting-room with an attached perpetual adoration
chapel and relocated and renovated rectory.

St. John the Baptist
Location: Route 412, Nockamixon Township, The village of Harrow, PA
Size: 16,000 S.F. - 1 story
Program: Designed a new 800-seat church, 150 seat Daily Chapel and Narthex to accommodate a growing congregation. Project also included CCD classrooms and a multipurpose meeting room.

Central Bucks YMCA
Location: Lower State Road, Doylestown, PA
Size: 11,700 S.F of additions; 6,000 S.F. of renovation
Program: Addition accommodates the programming for a Wellness Center and "aerobic" classrooms, special needs locker room organized around a gathering hall/gallery. Renovated areas provided room for more multipurpose spaces and increased administrative requirements.

Northampton Township Library
Location: Township Road, Northampton Township, PA
Size: 36,000 S.F.
Program: This project includes renovation of the approximately 15,000 S.F. Library and the Senior Citizen Center, as well as, approximately 21,000 S.F. of new construction. The Seniors will be relocated and the Library will occupy the entire structure to accommodate fiction, nonfiction, reference, children’s, young adult collections. The building will also house a café, lounge and community meeting room.

Bucks County Tourist Commission Visitors Center
Location: Street Road, Bensalem, PA
Size: 20,620 S.F.
Program: Designed to welcome tourists to Historic Bucks County through creation of exhibition space, a theatre, a gift store and comfort facilities. Also designed to house the Bucks County Tourist Commission Visitors Center and Administrative offices.

Program:
Three
phase project included the addition of 8 new classrooms, new
multipurpose room with stage, new kitchen, and new administrative
offices. The project also included the renovation of the existing
gymnasium, cafeteria, and kitchen. The old classrooms received new
finishes and mechanical/electrical upgrades. The parking and
playground areas were also expanded and enhanced.
