Program: This project involved the renovation of and addition to an historic schoolhouse, the last of 13 schoolhouses within the township to remain in public use, to house public meeting facilities, administration offices, and police offices including secure sallyport and holding rooms.

Warwick Township Administrative Offices and Police Department

Size: 20,500 S.F.
Program: Construction of a new municipal building to house public meeting facilities, tax collector’s offices, community activity room, administration offices and police rooms including secure sallyport and holding rooms. Site work included parking facilities for a new township park and recreation facility.

Buckingham Township Administrative Offices and Police Department

Location: York Road, Buckingham, PA
Size: 15,500 S.F.
Program: Construction of a new municipal building to house public meeting facilities, community activity room, administration offices and police offices, including secure sallyport and holding rooms. Site work included parking facilities for adjacent fitness club.

New Britain Township Administrative Offices and Police Department

Location: Park Avenue, New Britain, PA
Size: 12,700 S.F.
Program: Renovation and expansion of existing municipal building to house public meeting facilities, administration offices and police offices, including secure sallyport and holding rooms.
 

West Amwell Township Administrative Offices and Police Department

Location: Rocktown - Lambertville Road
Size: 11,000 S.F.
Program: New Township Administrative offices, public meeting rooms and local district court room with judge’s chambers. 5,500 S.F. future space.

Lower Saucon Township Administrative Offices and Police Department

Location: Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, PA
Size: 20,625 S.F.
Program: Township administrative offices, public meeting room, new police facilities with staff workout facilities and future expansion.

Warrington Township Administrative Offices and Police Department

Size: 15,000 S.F.
Program: Township administrative offices, public meeting room, new police facilities, community meeting facilities and future expansion.

Perkasie Borough Hall

Location: Chestnut Street, Perkasie, PA
Size: 18,000 S.F.
Program: Our challenge was to renovate an existing building, creating a new look while maintaining the historical integrity of the structure. New borough offices, public meeting rooms and leasable tenant space resulted from this unique project.
