Program: Our client's desire for one floor living along with remote guest rooms for friends and family culminates in a home that embraces the wooded boulder strewn landscape. Centralized utilitarian spaces make up the core of the plan allowing the living areas to flow along the transparent perimeter weaving a seamless connection to the outdoors. This project was built by our sister construction company – Donovan-Phillips Limited.

Bedroom Suite Addition -

Location: Bedminster, PA
Program: In today's economic climate, moving or building new can be a hard decision. Many people are deciding to stay put and renovate to improve their home’s spatial and economical value.

With this project the owner’s home consisted of only two bedrooms and one bath. They chose to add a modest Master Bedroom suite off the back of the house. The bedroom wing views the rear yard and helps frame an existing patio space.

Bedminster Hunt

Location: Bedminster, PA
Program: Bedminster Hunt is a planned residential community developed closely with the well known and respected Piper Group. Piper Homes is a subsidiary of Piper Group, a family-owned real estate development company located in Pipersville, Pennsylvania. In the planning stage three residential building types were designed and carefully located to create richness in scale and dwelling unit diversity throughout the community. Unit designs range from a variety of single family homes to townhouses and three story Villas.

Jefferson Court

Location: Jefferson Street, Newtown, PA
Size: 2,500 s.f. - 3,500 S.F. - 2 story
Program: Seven-lot infill project in one of Bucks County’s historic towns. Challenge was to design and build 7 new homes on small lots and make them feel like they had always been there. Varying width and depth of each lot dictated different width exteriors that added to the variety of streetscape.

Private Residence

Program: This home is built on the edge of a pond and is designed with the elements of nature in mind utilizing earth tones, wood and stone blending with picturesque water views.

Pine Tree Farm

Location: Near Doylestown, Bucks County, PA
Size: 2,400 s.f. - 3,100 S.F. - 2 story
Program: Upscale condominiums – designed in a country manor style.

Program: A custom four bedroom home accommodates modern day residential requirements within traditional form and material found throughout Bucks County vernacular. The ability to work closely with the client, keeping them involved in the design process up through construction guaranteed the success of the project.

Lantern Hill Neo-Traditional Community

Location: Broad Street, Doylestown, PA
Size: 117 Dwelling Units, 2 story
Program: Challenge was to design 117 units on a small site and maintain the architectural scale and feel of the existing streets of Doylestown. Working closely with the Borough Officials the premise was to remove the impression of repetitive facades by varying materials, color and changing porch and roof designs to provide each unit with its own identity. The entire streetscape was predetermined and details replicate historic craftsmanship.

Willow Spring Farm

Location: Solebury, Bucks County, Pennsylvania
Size: 5800 S.F. total building area
Program: Winner of the Bucks County AIA and Chamber of Commerce 2002 "Excellence in Design" Award for Architecture, the Equestrian Facility at Willow Spring Farm combines an Equestrian Exercise Arena, Stable Barn, and a Breezeway Connector. Weyhill Woods

Location: Saucon Valley, PA
Size: 4,500 S.F. - 5,500 S.F. - 2 story
Program: After designing one of the first custom homes built in the subdivision, the developer referred many subsequent land purchasers to our firm for the variety of architectural styles he was looking for. The challenge was the site’s steep sloped topography. Each design met the program requirements of the individual owners, worked with the slope and took advantage of the views.
