Program: Seven-lot infill project in one of Bucks County’s historic towns. Challenge was to design and build 7 new homes on small lots and make them feel like they had always been there. Varying width and depth of each lot dictated different width exteriors that added to the variety of streetscape.

Lantern Hill Neo-Traditional Community
Location: Broad Street, Doylestown, PA
Size: 117 Dwelling Units, 2 story
Program: Challenge was to design 117 units on a small site and maintain the architectural scale and feel of the existing streets of Doylestown. Working closely with the Borough Officials the premise was to remove the impression of repetitive facades by varying materials, color and changing porch and roof designs to provide each unit with its own identity. The entire streetscape was predetermined and details replicate historic craftsmanship.

Program: The challenge was to design and build six homes in the same Country French Vernacular. Result was two builder model homes and 4 custom designs for individual clients. Intimate setting and compatible exteriors provide cohesive neighborhood feel.

Weyhill Woods

Size: 4,500 S.F. - 5,500 S.F. - 2 story
Program: After designing one of the first custom homes built in the subdivision, the developer referred many subsequent land purchasers to our firm for the variety of architectural styles he was looking for. The challenge was the site’s steep sloped topography. Each design met the program requirements of the individual owners, worked with the slope and took advantage of the views.
