Lantern Hill Neo-Traditional Community

Location: Broad Street, Doylestown, PA
Size: 117 Dwelling Units, 2 story
Program: Challenge was to design 117 units on a small site and maintain the architectural scale and feel of the existing streets of Doylestown. Working closely with the Borough Officials the premise was to remove the impression of repetitive facades by varying materials, color and changing porch and roof designs to provide each unit with its own identity. The entire streetscape was predetermined and details replicate historic craftsmanship.
